What Happens at Your First Appointment
Consultation
We start by listening. Full history of your condition, when it began, what makes it better or worse, what treatments you have tried, your health goals, and any relevant medical history. Allow 10 to 15 minutes.
Zone Technique Evaluation
The chiropractor palpates specific points on the back of the skull to identify which of the six body systems are under stress. This reveals the root cause, not just the symptom. No other clinic in Norfolk offers this.
Physical Examination
Spinal assessment, posture analysis, range of motion testing, and neurological screening where required.
Report of Findings
We explain exactly what we found, what it means, and the recommended care plan. Clear language, no jargon.
Treatment

How to Prepare
